Good grades in 10th and 12th and solid undergrad engineering pedigree with IIT ISM Dhanbad ! Your GPA is a bit of the lower side, so aim for a higher GMAT to allay any concerns from AdCom whether you'll be able to withhold analytical rigor of the MBA program. Overall strong internships and very good extra-curriculars

You graduated in 2015 so by the time you start in Fall '22 you will have seven years of experience. This workex is on the higher end so you should this application year very seriously. From next year you'll need to explain why still a full-time MBA makes sense and not a part-time MBA. There are three things in your background that will need explaining:

  1. Why eight job changes over last seven years? why you left several roles in less than a year?

  2. The break for UPSC

  3. Lack of a consistent narrative across the various roles and how these are aligned to your post-MBA goals

I am thinking of applying in Round 1 and yet to give the GMAT exam. What would be an ideal/average score that you would suggest for the top 10-15 colleges in the US?

You should start the Application process at earliest if you're serious about R1. For the M7 I suggest targeting 750+ while for the 8-15 ranked schools you might be able to get away with 720+. Wish you the best smile
