Very impressive career progression with two promotions in less than three years! Good leadership exposure of being the youngest manager in the team. Did you have team members directly reporting to you? or did you contribute to their year end? Either way, it is very impressive leadership exposure that needs to be highlighted through the essays and LORs

Professional Initiatives & Achievements:

• Youngest Recipient of DTH CEO’s “Best Performance towards War on Waste” (Top 2%)
• Won DTH CEO’s “Quarterly Highlight Award” for successful launch of Eco-Hero Campaign: recovery & recycle of unused equipment from customers

Solid achievements. Your WorkEx and accomplishments give us very good points for resume. For essays and interviews, we need to bring out the stories behind these accomplishments. As part of your role did you also travel internationally or work extensively with culturally and functionally diverse teams?

Education:

• Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi University ( CGPA: 7.9/10)
12th- 94%
10th- 10/10 CGPA

NSIT has a solid engineering program. Pedigree wise the IITs/NITs will have a slight edge. GPA and high school grades are strong — no need to worry there.

Scholastic Achievements:

• Research Paper titled “Measuring the influence of service quality on customer retention of LinkedIn” published & presented in 2018 MTMI Conference (Bangkok)
• Recipient of Principal’s Award for Overall Excellence in academic year 2013-14
• Awarded Regional Toppers’ Student Award (2013,2015)

These Scholastic achievements are unique, integral part of your background that should be highlighted in your resume and any interesting stories behind these should flow through the essays

Extra-curriculars:

• Elected in business advisory group of NSIT chapter of Enactus: Global not-for profit organization to mentor a team of 10+ members on social entrepreneurship projects
Vice President | Enactus
• Co-Founded two social entrepreneurship projects which last year received INR 80 lakhs funding from Delhi government

Co-Convener | Aspire 2018 - National Social Entrepreneurship Conclave

Solid leadership exposure with Enactus and the two social entrepreneurship projects. I'm sure there would be lots of interesting anecdotes there that we need to highlight through your essays, LORs and interviews

It would be very helpful if you could share list of schools that I should be considering as dream / target.

With a 740 +/- 10 and your background, HBS & GSB would be dream, the remaining M7 (Wharton/Kellogg etc.) would be target and Non-M7 T-10 (Duke, Yale, Ross, Tuck) would be Safety. In Europe, LBS and Insead would be Target and Oxford Said, Cambridge Judge, IMD would be Safety.
