ZS is a strong brand name. However, here you will face strong competition from other MBB applicants. Your multiple out-of-turn promotions at ZS form Associate --> Associate Consultant --> Consultant and client facing exposure needs to be brought out. Founding Pawer is a strong side hustle that needs to be built upon. I'm positive it will yield some strong stories

B.Tech Mechanical Engineering from IIT BHU, Varanasi - 7.1/10
12th - 96.3%
10th - 10/10
10th & 12th grades are good. GPA is borderline but give your strong GMAT, AdCom won't need additional convincing that you can withhold analytical rigor of the MBA program

I am learning Spanish as well, hope to get some progress by R1.
You have strong extracurricular that need to be milked for strong stories for Applications. My $0.002 don't waste precious energy on learning Spanish now. Instead focus on building strong deep stories for R1 Applications just around the corner.
Overall you have all the ingredients for a very strong R1 Application season ahead
